Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the terms for purchases made in the Dev Pain Music store (the "Store").

Prices and payment

A single track costs $1.00, a full album costs $15.00. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed through Stripe's secure payment service; I never see or store your card details.

Subject of the contract

The Store sells digital products only: mp3 tracks and albums, delivered as downloads. No physical goods are shipped.

How a purchase works

Add the tracks/albums you want to your cart, then use the checkout button to go to Stripe's payment page. After a successful payment you get immediate access to the download, and you'll also receive a confirmation email.

Downloads

While logged in, you can re-download your purchases from your account at any time, with no limit. Buying as a guest means giving up your right of withdrawal and the ability to download again: the download link works once, and you'll need to register afterward to regain access.

Right of withdrawal

For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends once the download has started, provided you gave prior consent to this at checkout and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83, Article 16(m)). Confirming the purchase means you agree to this.

Warranty and liability

If a downloaded file is faulty or corrupted, I'll check it and send it to you again by email or through a file-sharing service. I'm not liable for indirect damage arising from how you use the files on your own device.

Governing law and disputes

This contract is governed by Hungarian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. For complaints, please contact me at the email below first — if that doesn't resolve things, you may turn to the arbitration board responsible for your place of residence.
